You can pay via Mobile Money(Tigopesa, MPESA, Airtel Money), Bank Deposit or with Credit/Debit Cards.

Once payment is received and service access has been granted we can not refund the money unless you have been charged and access has not been granted within 24 hours.

Go to login page then click reset password, you will receive password reset link, check your email inbox or junk/spam folder as sometime may arrive there. Click that link and proceed with password reset.
